DECISION No.15/2000/QD-TTg of January 31, 2000 on transforming the New Product Enterprise under the Vietnam Aquatic Product Corporation into a joint stock company To transform the New Product Enterprise being a State enterprise under the Vietnam Aquatic Product Corporation into Seafood Joint Stock Company No.1. - Head office: 536 Au Co street, ward 10, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh City. - Charter capital: 20,000,000,000 dong, of which 25% shall be held by the State, 25% shall be divided in shares to be sold to laborers in the enterprise and 50% also divided in shares and sold to subjects outside the enterprise. - Production and business lines and trades: Purchasing, producing and processing aquatic and marine products, farm produce and domestic-animal products, and selling them on domestic and foreign markets; conducting direct export and import of aquatic and marine products, farm produce and domestic-animal products and various kinds of goods, machinery, equipment, supplies, raw materials, chemicals and technological products; providing services of supplying materials and equipment and installing industrial refrigerating and air conditioning works and electric systems; undertaking cooperation, joint ventures and partnership with domestic and foreign economic organizations; and carrying out other production and business lines and trades according to law.- (Summary)
