Decision No.376-TTg of June 6, 1996 of the Prime Minister on transforming the Intermediate Business Administration School attached to the Government Pricing Committee into a semi-public Business Administration College. The Business Administration College shall be included in the system of universities and colleges, eligible for the State regimes and policies provided therefor; shall have its legal person status, its own seal and bank account.- (Summary)
