The Prime Minister permits the trial establishment of Hanoi Construction Inspectorate according to two-level model, the municipal level and the district level, on the basis of re-organizing urban construction management force.

Hanoi Construction Inspectorate shall perform the function of an inspectorate specialized in construction, sanction administrative violations in the field of construction management as well as housing and urban technical infrastructure management.- (Summary)
