DECISION No. 25/1999/QD-TTg of February 22, 1999 on transforming the Bagging Workshop as a State enterprise of Hoang Thach Cement Company into a joint stock company

To ratify the plan for equitization of the Bagging Workshop State enterprise of Hoang Thach Cement Company under the Vietnam Cement Corporation with a statutory capital of six billion VN dong, of which 63 % shall be sold as shares to subjects outside the enterprise.

To transform the Bagging Workshop State enterprise of Hoang Thach Cement Company under the Vietnam Cement Corporation into Hoang Thach Joint Stock Bagging Company. Hoang Thach Joint Stock Bagging Company’s main business line is to produce and trade in KP cement bags and cement bags made of Kraft paper.- (Summary)
