To set up the Committee for drafting the Law Amending and Supplementing A Number of Articles of the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam, which shall be composed of the Minister of Planning and Investment as its head and 8 members being representatives of a number of concerned ministries and branches.

The Drafting Committee is tasked to organize and direct the compilation of the Bill Amending and Supplementing A Number of Articles of the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam, ensuring its completion within the set deadlines and high quality, so that it shall be submitted by the Government to the National Assembly Standing Committee and the National Assembly. Together with the compilation of such Bill, the Committee shall also have to draft decrees guiding the implementation thereof, then submit them to the Government.- (Summary)
