DECREE No.11-CP of February 17, 1997 of the Government on the splitting of Nam Thanh, Kim Mon and Cam Binh districts and the establishment of Thanh Ha township of Thanh Ha district, Hai Duong province

To divide Nam Thanh district into 2 districts, Nam Sach and Thanh Ha.

To divide Kim Mon district into 2 districts, Kim Thanh and Kinh Mon.

To divide Cam Binh district into 2 districts, Cam Giang and Binh Giang.

To establish the district township of Thanh Ha district on the basis of the total area and population of Thanh Binh commune.- (Summary)
