Decision No.407-TTg of June 17, 1996 of the Prime Minister on the signing of decisions to establish member units of the State Corporations operating under Decision No.91-TTg of March 7, 1994 of the Prime Minister: - The Minister of Industry shall sign the decisions to establish member units of the Vietnam Electricity Corporation, the Vietnam Coal Corporation, the Vietnam Steel Corporation, the Vietnam Chemicals Corporation, the Vietnam Gems and Gold Corporation, the Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation, the Vietnam Tobacco Corporation and the Vietnam Paper Corporation. - The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development shall sign the decisions to establish member units of the Vietnam Rubber Corporation, the Vietnam Coffee Corporation, the Northern Food Corporation and the Southern Food Corporation. - The Minister of Communication and Transport shall sign the decisions to establish member units of the Vietnam Maritime Corporation and the Vietnam Shipbuilding Corporation. - The Minister of Construction shall sign the decisions to establish member units of the Vietnam Cement Corporation. - The Minister-Director of the Office of the Government shall sign the decisions to establish member units of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation. - The General Director of the General Department of Post shall sign the decisions to establish member units of the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation. - The General Director of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Administration shall sign the decisions to establish member units of the Vietnam Airlines Corporation.- (Summary)
