DECISION No. 189/2003/QD-TTg of September 15, 2003 on the reorganization of the Communications and Transport Mechanical Engineering Corporation into Vietnam Motors Industry Corporation, which shall experimentally operate after the parent company - affiliated company model

To approve the scheme for reorganizing the Communications and Transport Mechanical Engineering Corporation into Vietnam Motors Industry Corporation (VINAMOTOR), which shall experimentally operate after the parent company - affiliated company model, and be headquartered at 120 Hang Trong street, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi

The parent company shall have to inherit the legal rights and obligations of the Communications and Transport Mechanical Engineering Corporation

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
