DIRECTIVE No. 04/1999/CT-TTg of January 23, 1999 on the preliminary review of the implementation of Resolution No. 38-CP of May 4, 1994 of the Government reforming the administrative procedures for the settlement of citizens’ and organizations’ affairs The Prime Minister instructs the ministers, the heads of the ministerial-level agencies and the agencies attached to the Government and the presidents of the People’s Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities to preliminarily review the implementation of Resolution No. 38-CP of the Government according to the following contents: - Evaluation of achievements; - Projected administrative reform tasks of the ministries, branches and localities in 1999. - Proposals to the Government on the direction of the 1999 administrative reform work.- (Summary)
