In furtherance of the Politburo's decision that "the Youth Committee, headed by the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, has used the apparatus, staff and office of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and has no organizational structure of its own," the Government promulgates this Decree to disolve the Vietnam Youth Committee and local Youth Committees established under Decree No.41-CP of June 12, 1993 of the Government (under Decree No.41-CP, the Vietnam Youth Committee is attached to the Government, the Youth Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government are attached to the People's Committee at that level).-
