DECISION No. 28/2003/QD-TTg of February 20, 2003 on the name of the Steering Committee for the action program for implementation of the Politburo’s Directive No. 58/CT-TW on stepping up the information technology application and development in the 2001-2005 industrialization and modernization cause, which is used in documents

To permit the Steering Committee for the action program for implementation of the Politburo’s Directive No. 58/CT-TW on stepping up the information technology application and development in the 2001-2005 industrialization and modernization cause to use its name as the National Steering Committee on Information and Communication Technologies (NCICT) in documents and on its seal.

This Steering Committee shall be permitted to use this name in international transactions.- (Summary)
