To establish Suoi Bac commune of Son Hoa district on the basis of readjusting a land area of 2,528 hectares and a population of 3,184 from Son Phuoc commune; and a land area of 1,036 hectares and a population of 828 from Trung Hoa hamlet, Cung Son district township.- (Summary)
