DECISION No. 190/1998/QD-TTg of September 29, 1998 on the establishment of the Vinh Phuc Industrial Parks Management Board To establish the Vinh Phuc Industrial Parks Management Board to manage the industrial parks in Vinh Phuc province. The Vinh Phuc Industrial Parks Management Board shall have the tasks and powers defined in Article 27 of the Regulation on Industrial Parks, Export Processing Zones and Hi-Tech Parks issued together with Decree No.36-CP of April 24, 1997 of the Government.-
