DECISION No. 985/QD-TTg of October 28, 2002 on the establishment of Tam Thang Industrial Park, Dak Lak province, and approval of the investment project on construction and commercial operation of technical infrastructure therein Tam Thang Industrial Park shall be organized and operate under the Regulation on Industrial Parks, Export-Processing Zones and Hi-Tech Parks. The investor of the investment project on construction and commercial operation of technical infrastructure in Tam Thang Industrial Park: Tam Thang Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company. The project’s objectives: To invest in construction of technical infrastructure of the Industrial Park, including the systems of traffic roads, electricity supply, water supply and drainage, waste treatment, and communication; and commercially operate the technical infrastructure already created. Construction location: Tam Thang commune, Cu Jut district, Dak Lak province. The Industrial Park’s area: 181 ha. Total investment capital: VND 191.3 billion. Capital sources: State budget capital, loan capital and capital advanced by the investor. Operation duration: 50 years as from the date the investment decision is issued. Construction duration: 5 years as from the date the land-lease decision is issued.- (Summary)
