THE PRIME MINISTER DECISION No. 131/2000/QD-TTg of November 21, 2000 on the establishment of the State Council for Pre-Acceptance Test of the projects of Ho Chi Minh Highway, Hai Van Pass Tunnel, Cai Lan Port, Bai Chay Bridge, Thanh Tri Bridge and Can Tho Bridge To establish the State Council for pre-acceptance test of the projects of Ho Chi Minh highway, Hai Van Pass tunnel, Cai Lan port, Can Tho bridge, Bai Chay bridge and Thanh Tri bridge, which shall be composed of: - Chairman of the Council: Professor-Academician Dang Huu; - Vice-Chairmen of the Council: Vice Ministers of Construction, Communications and Transport, as well as Science, Technology and Environment; - Members of the Council: The Director of the Construction Ministry’s Department for State Evaluation of Construction Works’ Quality, the Director of the Communications and Transport Ministry’s Department for Evaluation and Control of Traffic Works’ Quality; - The Department for State Evaluation of Construction Works’ Quality of the Ministry of Construction shall act as the Council’s standing body. This Decision also prescribes the tasks and funding for operation of the State Council for Pre-Acceptance Test.- (Summary)
