DECISION No. 43/2001/QD-TTg of March 27, 2001 on the establishment of the Steering Board for the restructure of commercial banks’ finance To establish the Steering Board for the restructure of commercial banks’ finance to assist the Prime Minister in performing the following tasks: - To consider plans and policies on the restructure of commercial banks’ finance - To guide, urge and inspect the concerned ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies attached to the Government and provincial/municipal People’s Committees in performing the task of restructuring commercial banks’ finance. The Steering Board for the restructure of commercial banks’ finance shall include Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung as its head, Deputy Governor of the State Bank Tran Minh Tuan as its standing deputy head, and representatives of concerned ministries and branches as its members. The Steering Board for the restructure of commercial banks’ finance shall be dissolved when the restructure of commercial banks’ finance completes.- (Summary)
