THE PRIME MINISTER DECISION No.562-TTg of July 23, 1997 on the establishment of the Post Publishing House. The Prime Minister allows the General Department of Post and Telecommunications to separate the task of post publishing from the Information and Post Publishing Center, which is now assigned to the newly set-up Post Publishing House attached to the General Department of Post and Telecommunications.-(Summary)
