DECISION No. 63/2001/QD-TTg of April 25, 2001 on the establishment of the National Steering Committee for Universalization of Junior-High Education The National Steering Committee for Universalization of Junior-High Education shall be composed of the Minister of Education and Training as its chairman, a vice-minister of education and training as its vice chairman and representatives of concerned bodies as its members. The National Steering Committee for Universalization of Junior Secondary Education shall be tasked to assist the Prime Minister in elaborating and directing the execution of plans on the achievement of junior-high education universalization objectives.- (Summary)
