DECISION No.49/1999/QD-TTg of March 24, 1999 on the establishment of the Management Board of Binh Dinh industrial parks To establish the Management Board of Binh Dinh industrial parks to manage industrial parks in Binh Dinh province. The Management Board of Binh Dinh industrial parks shall perform the tasks and exercise powers of management of industrial parks according to Article 27 of the Regulation on Industrial Parks, Export-Processing Zones and High-Tech Parks, issued together with the Government’s Decree No.36-CP of April 24, 1997.- (Summary)
