Decision No. 222/1998/QD-TTg of November 17, 1998 on the establishment of the Kon Tum Teachers’ Training College To establish the Kon Tum Teachers’ Training College on the basis of the Kon Tum Teachers’ Training Intermediate School. The Kon Tum Teachers’ Training College is attached to the People’s Committee of Kon Tum province and subject to the State management by the Ministry of Education and Training over its education and training activities.
