Decision No.405-TTg of June 15, 1996 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Hanoi People-Funded University of Management and Business The Hanoi People-Funded University of Management and Business is attached to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Economics Association and placed under the State management of the Ministry of Education and Training. The academic diplomas and certificates issued by the University belong to the national system of academic diplomas and certificates.- (Summary)
