Decision No.63-TTg of January 28, 1997 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Department for the Training and Fostering of State Officials and Employees attached to the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel on the basis of the re-organization of the Training Department. The newly established Department shall assist the Minister-Chairman of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel in managing the work of training and fostering State officials and employees.- (Summary)
