DECREE No. 63/2000/ND-CP of October 30, 2000 on the establishment of the district capital of Thieu Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province To establish Van Ha township (district capital) of Thieu Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province on the basis of the total natural land area and population of Thieu Hung district. Van Ha township shall have a land area of 545.08 ha and a population of 6,321. The administrative boundaries of Van Ha district township: it borders Thieu Nguyen and Thieu Duy communes on the east; Thieu Phuc commune on the west; Thieu Do and Thieu Van communes on the south; and Thieu Phu commune on the north.- .- (Summary)
