DECISION No.603-TTg OF SEPTEMBER 25, 1995 OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CUSTOMS COLLEGE THE PRIME MINISTER Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992; Pursuant to Decree No.90-CP of November 24, 1993 of the Government stipulating the framework structure of the national education system, the system of diplomas and certificates for education and training of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; Pursuant to Decree No.15-CP of March 2, 1992 on the tasks, powers and State management responsibility of the Ministries and ministerial-level Agencies; At the proposals of the General Director of the General Customs Department and the Minister of Education and Training, DECIDES: Article 1.- To set up the Customs College on the basis of upgrading and reorganizing the Customs Vocational School. Article 2.- The Customs College has the task of training and fostering the customs officials at collegial level; conducting scientific researches on matters relating to the customs work. The Customs College is placed under the General Customs Department and in the general system of State schools. Article 3.- The Customs College is covered by policies and regulations stipulated for the system of Colleges and Universities by the State. Article 4.- This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing. Article 5.- The General Director of the General Customs Department, the Ministers, the Heads of the ministerial level agencies, the Heads of the agencies attached to the Government, the Presidents of the People's Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall have to implement this Decision.
