DECREE

On the establishment of Ha Tinh city under Ha Tinh province

This Decree, which takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” provides for the establishment of Ha Tinh city under Ha Tinh province on the basis of the whole land, population and attached administrative units of Ha Tinh town.- (Summary)
