DECISION No. 115/1999/QD-TTg of April 27, 1999 on the establishment of Hoa Sen semi-public college To establish Hoa Sen semi-public college on the basis of Hoa Sen semi-public informatics and management professional training school. Hoa Sen semi-public college belongs to the system of universities and colleges, and enjoys all regimes and policies provided for by the State applicable to the system of universities and colleges. This college is attached to Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee and operates according to the law, the Regulation on semi-public schools promulgated by the Ministry of Education and Training and its own charter approved by Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee. Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee and the Ministry of Education and Training shall prescribe the college’s training objectives and modes.- (Summary)
