DECISION No. 126/1999/QD-TTg of May 28, 1999 on the establishment of Hanoi Industrial College To establish Hanoi Industrial College on the basis of Industrial Intermediate School No. 1. Hanoi Industrial College is tasked to train and foster cadres with college or lower degrees; and conduct scientific research in service of socio-economic development.
