To appoint Mr. Nguyen Duc Kien, the General Director of Customs, as the head of the Steering Board for combat against smuggling and commercial frauds in replacement of Mr. Phan Van Dinh.

To appoint Mr. Vuong Dinh Khanh, the Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Railway Union, as a member of the Steering Board for combat against smuggling and commercial frauds.- (Summary)
