THE GOVERNMENT

DECREE No. 65/1998/ND-CP of August 21, 1998 on the establishment of communes and townships of A Yun Pa and Chu Prong districts, Gia Lai province.

In A Yun Pa district:

To establish Ia Sao commune on the basis of a land area of 11,260 hectares and a population of 2,838 of Ia R To commune.

To establish Ia Broai commune on the basis of a land area of 2,320 hectares and a population of 2,807 of Ia Tul commune.

To establish Ia KDam commune on the basis of a land area of 13,227 hectares and a population of 2,043 of Chu Mo commune.

To establish Kim Tan commune on the basis of a land area of 4,454.5 hectares and a population of 3,428 of Chu Rang commune.

To establish Phu Thien township on the basis of a land area of 156 hectares and a population 3,077 of Chu A Thai commune, plus a land area of 1,395 hectares and a population of 13,306 of Ia Sol commune.

In Chu Prong district:

To establish Bau Can commune on the basis of a land area of 1,300 hectares and a population of 2,900 of Ia Phin commune, plus a land area of 1,400 hectares and a population of 900 of Thang Hung commune.- (Summary)
