DECREE No.30/1999/ND-CP of April 28, 1999 on the establishment of communes and district townships of Tuyen Hoa and Quang Ninh districts, Quang Binh province To establish Dong Le township, the district township of Tuyen Hoa district, on the basis of a land area of 1,072 hectares and a population of 6,186 of Le Hoa commune. To establish Son Hoa commune of Tuyen Hoa district on the basis of a land area of 1,350 hectares and a population of 1,661 of Le Hoa district; and a land area of 1,652 hectares and 1,311 population of Dong Hoa commune. To establish Quan Hau township, the district township of Quang Ninh district, on the basis of a land area of 186 hectares and a population of 3,515 of Luong Ninh commune; and a land area of 138.4 hectares and a population of 1,011 of Vinh Ninh commune.- (Summary)
