DECREE No. 80/1998/ND-CP of Septem-ber 30, 1998 on the establishment of a township and a new commune of Chau Thanh district, Tay Ninh province

To establish Chau Thanh township of Chau Thanh district with a land area of 755 hectares and a population of 8,958, including a land area of 573 and a population of 7,858 transferred from Tri Binh commune, and a land area of 182 hectares and a population of 1,100 from Thai Binh commune.

To establish Dong Khoi commune of Chau Thanh district on the basis of a land area of 3,471 and a population of 10,791 of Thai Binh commune.- (Summary)
