DECREE No.118/1997/ND-CP of December 26, 1997 on the division and establishment of a number of wards and townships of Qui Nhon city, An Nhon and Hoai Nhon districts, Binh Dinh province.

To establish Ghenh Rang ward in Qui Nhon city on the basis of a natural land area of 2,477.5 ha and a population of 4,335 of Quang Trung ward.

To establish Nguyen Van Cu ward in Qui Nhon city on the basis of a natural land area of 139.5 ha and a population of 12,465 of Quang Trung ward.

To establish Nhon Binh ward in Qui Nhon city on the basis of the total natural land area of 1,468 ha and a population of 14.937 of Nhon Binh commune.

To establish Nhon Phu ward in Qui Nhon city on the basis of the total natural land area of 1,319 ha and a population of 13,860 of Nhon Phu commune.

To establish Tam Quan township of Hoai Nhon district on the basis of the total natural land area of 684 ha and a population of 11,833 of Tam Quan commune.

To establish Dap Da township of An Nhon district on the basis of the total natural land area of 498 ha and a population of 18,800 of Dap Da commune.- (Summary)
