DECISION No. 98/2002/QD-TTg of July 22, 2002 on the approval of the Sea Transportation Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Korea To approve the Sea Transportation Agreement which was signed in Pyongyang on May 3, 2002 between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Korea. The Ministry for Foreign Affairs shall carry out external procedures for the approval of the Agreement and notify assorted agencies of the effective date of the Agreement.- (Summary)
