DECISION No. 98/2002/QD-BTC of August 21, 2002 on the application of the form of selling monthly commutation tickets for bridge and land road toll at toll booth T1, National Highway 51 Monthly commutation ticket buyers are all organizations and individuals that have land road motorized transport means joining in traffic through toll booth T1. The collection level of a monthly commutation ticket shall be equal to 30 times of single ticket prescribed correspondingly for each type of transport means. The monthly commutation tickets shall be valid from the first day to the last day of a month. The monthly commutation tickets of one month is valid only in that month.- (Summary)
