DIRECTIVE

On the application of a number of measures to prevent flash floods in mountainous localities

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development requests presidents of People’s Committees of mountainous provinces to immediately perform several tasks in order to prevent flash floods and minimize damage caused by them.- (Summary)
