DECREE No. 84/2003/ND-CP of July 18, 2003 on the adjustment of administrative boundaries for the establishment of communes and district townships in Tuy Phong, Bac Binh and Ham Thuan Bac rural districts, Binh Thuan province To establish Vinh Tan commune of Tuy Phong rural district on the basis of a land area of 5,908 ha and a population of 4,397 of Vinh Hao commune. Vinh Hao commune shall be left with a land area of 7,757 ha and a population of 6,430. To establish Song Binh commune of Bac Binh rural district with a land area of 6,469.28 ha and a population of 3,132 on the basis of a part of the land area and population of Song Luy and Luong Son communes. To establish Phu Long district township of Ham Thuan Bac rural district on the basis of the whole land area of 2,250.6 ha and the population of 14,042 of Ham Nhon commune.- (Summary)
