DECREE No.15/1999/ND-CP of March 27, 1999 on the adjustment of administrative boundaries and the establishment of townships and communes of Kim Boi, Mai Chau, Lac Son and Yen Thuy districts, Hoa Binh province To dissolve Thanh Ha farming township of Kim Boi district and set up the following townships and communes therein: Thanh Ha township with a land area of 364.98 ha and a population of 2,187; Trung Bi township with a land area of 1,394.4 ha and a population of 2,380; and Thuong Bi commune with a land area of 1,555.57 ha and a population of 2,407. To establish Tan Son commune of Mai Chau district on the basis of a land area of 1,695.6 ha and a population of 1,090. To transfer Da Phuc commune from Lac Son district to Yen Thuy district.- (Summary)
