Directive No. 25/1999/CT-TTg of August 30, 1999 on stepping up activities related to traditional medicine and pharmacy The Prime Minister requests the ministries, branches and provincial/municipal People’s Committees to carry out work related to the inheritance and dissemination of traditional drug prescriptions and treatment methods; the raising of scientific research level, the modernization of traditional medicine, the combination of modern medicine with traditional medicine; the development of traditional pharmaceuticals; the enhancement of management over traditional medicine and drug practices; as well as the training of traditional medicine personnel.- (Summary)
