DIRECTIVE

On prevention and control of brown leaf-hoppers harmful to winter-spring rice crop in the Mekong River delta

With this Directive, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development requests concerned units to perform several urgent tasks in order to prevent and stop the spread of brown leaf-hoppers and protect winter-spring rice crop.- (Summary)
