Under this Directive, the Minister of Fisheries requests the Steering Committee for Enterprise Renovation and Development under the Ministry, corporations, the working team for building a scheme on State corporations under the Ministry and enterprises under the Ministry to organize the grasp of the Party's and State's undertakings in reorganization and renovation of State enterprises; consolidate the Ministry's Steering Committee for Enterprise Renova-tion and Development, corporations and each enterprise; manage production/business activities and finance in strict accordance with law provisions. To resolutely handle heads of enterprises and corporations, who delay or fail to conduct enterprise transformation under the Prime Minister's Decision No. 51/2004/QD-TTg on the Government's action program for implementation of the Resolution of the 9^th plenum of the Party Central Committee (the IX^th Congress).- (Sumamry)
