DECISION No. 77/2002/QD-BNN of August 28, 2002 on forms of commodity farm produce consumption contracts for implementation of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 80/2002/QD-TTg of June 24, 2002

In order to implement the policy on encouraging the consumption of commodity farm produce through contracts as prescribed in the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 80/2002/QD-TTg, this Decision guides the requirements on contracts, explains contract forms as well as responsibilities of relevant parties and units.- (Summary)
