DECISION No. 117/2004/QD-TTg of June 29, 2004 on experimental organization and operation of Hanoi Textile-Garment Company of Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation after the parent company-affiliate company model To approve the scheme on experimental organization and operation of Hanoi Textile-Garment Company (HANOSIMEX), an independent cost-accounting member enterprise of Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation, after the parent company-affiliate company model. The parent company (HANOSIMEX), formed from the Office and Hanoi Fiber Factory of existing Textile-Garment Company, is a State enterprise which directly conducts production/business activities and has capital invested in other companies, has the responsibility to preserve and develop the State's capital at the parent company and capital invested in other companies. The affiliate companies (8), are joint-stock companies where the parent company holds dominant shares. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary) |
