DECREE No. 22/2001/ND-CP of May 28, 2001 merging Thach Thuong commune and Cay township to establish Thach Ha district township, Thach Ha district, Ha Tinh province To merge the whole land area and population of Thach Thuong commune and Cay township in order to establish Thach Ha district township, Thach Ha district, Ha Tinh province. After the merger, Thach Ha district township shall have a natural land area of 767 ha and a population of 8,658.- (Summary)
