CIRCULAR No. 62/2000/TT-BTC of June 27, 2000 guiding the regime of management, allocation and settlement of funding for implementation of the projects on the 2000 survey and inventory of unused land Based on the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 90/2000/QD-TTg of January 27, 2000 ratifying the project on the 2000 survey and inventory of unused land, the Finance Ministry issued this Circular to guide in detail the funding sources, spending contents, spending levels, cost-estimate making, funding distribution and allocation, funding inspection and allocation for implementation of the project on the 2000 survey and inventory of unused land.- (Summary)
