JOINT CIRCULAR No. 13/2004/TTLT-BTC-BYT-BNV of February 27, 2004 guiding the regime of financial management for non-business units with revenues engaged in the public healthcare domain

This Joint Circular applies to non-business units set up by competent State agencies and operating in the healthcare domain (or public medical establishments).

It also prescribes non-business revenue sources of public medical establishments; contents of regular expenditures; assignment of annual revenue-expenditure estimates;...

This Joint Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. Other regulations on financial regimes shall comply with the Finance Ministry's Circular No. 25/TT-BTC of March 21, 2002 guiding the implementation of the Government's Decree No. 10/ND-CP of January 16, 2002 on financial regimes applicable to non-business units with revenues and other guiding documents.- (Summary)
