CIRCULAR No.07/1999/TT-BTC of January 25, 1999 guiding the provisional financial management regime for the Mekong-River Delta Housing Development Bank

The Mekong-River Delta Housing Development Bank shall comply with the financial management regime and conduct business cost-accounting according to the Regulation on financial management and business cost- accounting for State enterprises, issued together with Decree No.59/CP of October 3, 1996 of the Government, the Finance Ministry’s legal documents guiding the implementation thereof and other financial regimes stipulated in the Law on Credit Institutions; and at the same time be entitled to a number of particular regimes stipulated in Decision No.769/TTg of September 18, 1997 and Decision No.1121/QD-TTg of December 14, 1998 of the Prime Minister.- (Summary)
