CIRCULAR No. 114/2000/TT-BTC of November 27, 2000 guiding the management of survey spending fund belonging to State budget’s public-service capital source

The State budget shall only supply funding for the surveys assigned by the competent authorities in the annual estimates of ministries, branches and localities.

The survey spending fund belonging to State budget source shall be managed according to the State Budget Law, its guiding documents and specific provisions in this Circular.- (Summary)
