Circular No.13-LDTBXH/TT of June 8, 1996 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the implementation of the regime of difficulty allowances in 1996; This Circular guides the implementation of Decision No.201-TTg of April 9, 1996 of the Prime Minister on the regime of difficulty allowances in 1996; The Circular provides specific guidance on the determination of allowance beneficiaries, conditions for the allowance enjoyment, the amount of allowance, types of difficulty allowance, including quarterly allowance, allowance for unexpected difficulties, additional allowances to war invalids, gravely sick soldiers and seriously wounded war invalids; This Circular takes effect from April 1st, 1996 to December 31st, 1996.- (Summary)
