CIRCULAR

Guiding the implementation of the Government’s Decree No. 124/2005/ND-CP of October 6, 2005, on fine receipts and management and use of fines for administrative violations

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” annulling the relevant provisions in the Finance Ministry’s Circulars No. 52 TC/CSTC of September 12, 1996, No. 63 TC/CSTC of September 11, 1997, No. 09/1998/TT-BTC of January 20, 1998, No. 47/1998/TT-BTC of April 9, 1998, No. 60/2000/TT-BTC of June 20, 2000, and No. 93/2000/TT-BTC of September 15, 2000; and in Joint Circulars No. 08/TTLB of January 31, 1996, of the Finance Ministry and the Culture and Information Ministry, No. 29/TT/LB of June 7, 1996, of the Finance Ministry and the Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Ministry, No. 07/1997/TTLT/BTM-BNV-BTC-TCHQ of October 21, 1997, of the Trade Ministry, the Home Affairs Ministry, the Finance Ministry and the General Department of Customs, No. 102/1999/TTLT/BTC-BNNPTNT of August 21, 1999 of the Finance Ministry and the Agriculture and Rural Development Ministry, and No. 19/2000/TTLT/BTC-BQP of March 14, 2000, of the Finance Ministry and the Defense Ministry.- (Summary)
