Guiding the implementation of policies towards laborers under the Government’s Decree No. 109/2007/ND-CP of June 26, 2007, on transformation of enterprises with 100% state capital into joint-stock companies

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Circular No. 13/2005/TT-BLDTBXH of February 25, 2005, guiding the implementation of policies towards laborers under the Government’s Decree No. 187/2004/ND-CP of November 16, 2004.- (Summary)
